Positivity vital factor for long life, study says

the researchers found that the pessimistic test-takers had a greater risk of death. And the more pessimistic the person, the greater the risk.

In my circles, I’m known as the rose colored, half full guy. It turns out that’s doing me more good than I even thought.

As the optimist I must tell you, don’t fret! The study also found that you can go from being negative to being positive. This article gives some tips on how to do it:
