IBM VersatileScroll Mouse Drivers
I just got a new mechanical mouse from Amazon, the IBM VersatileScroll Mouse. So far I really like it. It only cost $8. You can check it out here:

The only problem with it is that the drivers no longer work that come with it. I found the updated drivers:
Mouse Suite Version 1.72M

When you start the setup, it asks you which mouse you have. I selected “Cyber Scroll Mouse” and it seemed to work. I’m on Windows XP. But it looks like it has other Windows platforms as well.
